ANNEXE ROOM
We are trying to add a very limited number of en-suite rooms in an annexe which is linked to the manor - same price as listed for en suite above. If the rooms above have sold out please email daveneale.writer@gmail.com to be notified if and when annexe rooms become available.
Cancellation Terms: Before July 27th, you can cancel for a full refund minus deposit (€150). From July 27th to August 31st, you can cancel for a 50% refund. From Sept 1st, refunds can only be given in two situations:
1. If you find someone else to take your room, or we have a waiting list and someone from that list takes it, you get a full refund minus deposit, as soon as we receive full payment from the new attendee. If this is for a shared room, we must receive confirmation from the other person in the room that they are happy to share with the new attendee.
2. If we have to cancel the event, you get a full refund, including deposit.
