Cancellation Terms: Before June 27th, you can cancel for an 80% refund. From June 27th to July 31st, you can cancel for a 50% refund. From August 1st, refunds can only be given in two situations:
1. If you find someone else to take your room, or we have a waiting list and someone from that list takes it, you get a full refund minus deposit, as soon as we receive full payment from the new attendee. If this is for a shared room, we must receive confirmation from the other person in the room that they are happy to share with the new attendee.
2. If we have to cancel the event, you get a full refund, including deposit.
